Wellness at F3
Wellness at Final Third Foundation goes beyond the field. Through hands-on learning, movement, nutrition education, and environmental experiences, youth build habits that help them grow, thrive, and carry healthy practices into everyday life.
Helping youth build healthy habits that last
At F3, wellness is woven into how we help young people play, learn, and grow. We create spaces where students can better understand how food fuels their bodies, how nature connects to their communities, and how movement supports confidence, focus, and well-being.
This work is not separate from our mission. It is part of a holistic approach to youth development that combines soccer, wellness, and education to strengthen the whole child.
Two pathways. One wellness vision.
Our wellness programming currently centers on two key areas: Environmental Awareness and Health & Nutrition. Each program gives youth practical experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence, and lifelong learning.
Environmental Awareness
Through hands-on environmental learning, students explore how nature, food systems, sustainability, and community spaces all connect to healthy living.
This work invites youth to observe, ask questions, and engage with the world around them in meaningful ways that build both knowledge and responsibility.
Health & Nutrition
Our Health & Nutrition program helps students better understand how food fuels their minds and bodies. Through tasting experiences, conversations, and practical learning, youth build a stronger relationship with healthy eating.
The program is designed to make nutrition accessible, engaging, and relevant to daily life.
Learning that is active, visual, and rooted in experience
From trying new foods to exploring green spaces, F3 wellness programming gives youth real-world experiences that support confidence, curiosity, and healthy growth.
Soccer. Wellness. Education.
Wellness is a key part of how F3 creates access for youth to play, learn, and grow. Explore each program to see how we are helping students build healthier habits, stronger connections, and a deeper understanding of the world around them.
