Natalie Julien is the Director of Development for the Final Third Foundation, where she leads the organization’s fundraising and donor engagement strategy. She also cultivates and stewards relationships with donors and partners, oversees annual campaigns, grant research and management, corporate sponsorships, and special fundraising events. Through thoughtful storytelling and donor-centered communication, she works to strengthen connections that advance the F3’s mission.

A Southern California native, Natalie has spent most of her career supporting children and families in crisis both in California and Kansas City. With more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit development and leadership, she has successfully grown revenue, built dynamic teams, and deepened community partnerships across diverse sectors including housing, health, and youth services. Natalie holds a BS in Social Science and graduate degrees in Social Work and Public Administration. A lifelong soccer player, she brings the teamwork, energy, and perseverance she learned on the field to her work—believing in the power of collaboration to create lasting impact.
