Matt joined Huntington in 2015 and currently serves as Executive Vice President and President of Huntington Securities, where he leads the firm’s capital markets and advisory businesses. Before pivoting to banking in 2006, Matt started his career as an engineer at Parker Hannifin in Cleveland, OH. ​

Matt is active in the Columbus community; he also serves on the Board and Finance Committee for the Franklin Park Conservatory and has previously served on the board of directors for Local Matters. A lifelong soccer fan, he played collegiately while earning his mechanical engineering degree from Cleveland State University and later completed a master’s degree in financial engineering from Kent State, along with executive education at Harvard Business School

 Matt lives in Worthington with his wife, Parker, and their son, Grayson. When he's not busy with work, he enjoys playing tennis and spending quality time with his family.  This includes watching Grayson's soccer team compete, and actively trying not to coach from the parent's section.
