Final Third Foundation (F3) is looking for enthusiastic, reliable team members to join our Soccer & Literacy Programs serving youth across Central Ohio.

Positions Available
Program Manager (Lead)
- Main point of contact at school sites
- Guide assistant staff
- Ensure program quality
- Communicate with F3 leadership
Program Manager Assistant
- Facilitate soccer & literacy activities
- Support classroom management
- Track attendance and participation
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation
- Enjoy working with children
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable leading small groups
- BCI/FBI background check required
Compensation (10-Week Programs)
Program Manager (Lead)
- $1,000 per program (1.5–2 hr)
- $750 per program (45–60 min)
Program Manager Assistant
- $500 per program (1–2 hr)
