Final Third Foundation is building one of Central Ohio’s most accessible youth development pathways through soccer, wellness, education, leadership, and community programming.
The opportunity now is to expand what is already happening into a stronger year-round pathway that connects school-based play, recreational soccer, futsal, affordable training, summer camp, leadership development, and college exposure.

This Pathway Is Already Happening
F3 is already creating accessible opportunities for youth through school-based play, recreational soccer leagues, futsal leagues, F3 Academy, the F3 Development League, College ID Camps, summer programming, and community-based training.
Sponsorship helps strengthen and expand this pathway so more students can access high-quality programming regardless of family income, background, or prior experience.
This is not simply about supporting soccer. It is about supporting what soccer makes possible: mentorship, confidence, wellness, leadership, belonging, and long-term opportunity.
The Pathway
A Year-Round Pathway for Youth Development
F3 connects youth to a larger pathway of school-based play, recreational soccer, futsal, training, competition, mentorship, summer engagement, leadership development, and college exposure.
The goal is to create one of the most accessible and affordable youth development systems in Central Ohio, using soccer as the entry point.
School-Based Play
Introducing students to organized soccer, teamwork, wellness, and belonging in familiar community settings.
Recreational Soccer & Prep Academy
Accessible recreational soccer, futsal, and weekly training opportunities that help bridge school-based participation with more structured player development.
F3 Academy
Affordable, high-quality training and competition designed to keep costs low while raising expectations.
Development League
Affordable competition opportunities for F3 Academy teams and grassroots clubs facing financial barriers.
College Exposure
College ID Camps and mentorship opportunities that help students see pathways beyond the field.
Summer Camp & Enrichment
Year-round engagement through soccer, wellness, education, nutrition, environmental learning, and enrichment.
Why Support Matters
F3 is intentionally building one of the most accessible youth development pathways in Central Ohio. From school-based play to Prep Academy training, F3 Academy, affordable league play, summer camp opportunities, and college exposure, the goal is to create a true year-round model for students and families.
While F3 works to keep participation affordable across recreational soccer, futsal, Prep Academy, and F3 Academy programming, the true cost of sustaining this larger pathway is significantly higher.
Support does not simply fund soccer participation. It helps create long-term access to high-quality programming, mentorship, wellness opportunities, leadership development, and educational enrichment.
