June Board Meeting - Key Items

  • Columbus Nations Cup

    • Columbus Chamber of Commerce - new sponsor and could be potentially a very strong partner going forward

      • Asked if F3 would add new Community Partnerships for the event (ETSS, JFS, etc)

    • Meet with the Executive Director of CRIS to discuss Columbus Nations Cup partnership and potential restructuring of the partnership model

      • Draft and send MOU draft for CRIS partnership after Columbus Nations Cup event

  • SMART Goals Reviewed & Approved

    • SMART Goals will be utilized by committees and will be utilized in each Board meeting to see if we are hitting our goals

  • Financial Update: basically hit our numbers based on #’s given in the last Board meeting

    • Fiscal Year: Revenue: $1,026,422.60 | Expenses: $961,010.32 | Surplus: $64,512.48

  • Environmental Awareness Program

    • Work alongside Rapid 5 to advise us on the path of collaborating with Easton to convert Pathways Park into a conservation easement

      • Reduce tax bill by ~$20k

    • Create signage for Pathways Park to explain the transition and environmental initiatives

  • Miscellaneous

    • Read-only materials reviewed

    • Implementing weekly updates for employees and board meembers

    • Apply for Lululemon grant

    • Brynn to connect Ben with Whitehall Chamber of Commerce

    • Bonuses approved: $5K for Ben / $2500 for Max
