Ben Levey | Executive Director

Ben Levey is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Final Third Foundation (F3), where he leads the organization’s vision to create accessible pathways for youth and families through soccer, wellness, and education. He has more than 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sports and youth development sector, with a focus on building community-centered programs that combine athletics, education, mentorship, and holistic youth support.

Levey’s passion for using sport as a vehicle for social impact began in 2011 when he founded the Likoni Community Football League (LCFL) in Mombasa, Kenya. What began as a grassroots initiative aimed at creating safe, structured opportunities for youth through soccer evolved into a broader understanding of how sport can be leveraged to support education, health, leadership development, and community empowerment. The experience and relationships developed through LCFL ultimately inspired the creation of F3.

Under Levey’s leadership, F3 has grown into a multifaceted nonprofit organization serving thousands of youth annually through school-based and community-based programming across Central Ohio. The organization’s initiatives include Soccer & Literacy programs, environmental education through the Sprouts and Environmental Awareness Programs, youth wellness and nutrition initiatives, recreational and development soccer leagues, camps, clinics, and affordable player development pathways through F3 Academy. Levey has also helped guide the development of the 25-acre Pathways Park at Easton into a growing community hub focused on recreation, environmental stewardship, and educational programming.

Throughout his career, Levey has worked to build collaborative partnerships with schools, municipalities, healthcare institutions, corporations, universities, and community organizations in order to expand equitable access to high-quality opportunities for youth. His leadership philosophy centers on the belief that access to sports, education, wellness resources, and positive mentorship should never be determined by financial barriers.

Levey earned his Master of Business Administration from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.
