Creating World-class Access for the Most Committed Players

At Final Third Foundation, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to play, develop, and compete — regardless of financial barriers.

Youth soccer continues to become more expensive, limiting access for many families. The F3 Academy – 6-18 Project was created to remove those barriers and provide an affordable, high-quality soccer experience rooted in development, community, and opportunity.

Pamoja — meaning “together” in Swahili — reflects the heart of F3 Academy. We grow, train, and succeed together.

Our Mission

The F3 Academy exists to support the most committed, young athletes by providing a positive, development-focused soccer environment that emphasizes:

Strong relationships between players, coaches, and community

What We Provide

For a yearly fee of $100, each player receives:

Full Adidas uniform
Coaching and structured training sessions
Facility rentals
Player insurance
Administrative and program support

This model ensures soccer remains accessible while maintaining a high standard of coaching and care.

Where We Compete

Academy teams compete and participate in F3’s Development League at Pathways Park at Easton, playing against F3 affiliate clubs and teams. Throughout the year, Academy teams will also compete against top-level partner clubs during weekend round-robins that replace traditional, expensive club tournaments. This structure creates meaningful competition in a development-first environment — removing the costly, pressure-heavy tournament cycle so players can focus on true growth.

Who can participate in F3 Academy?

F3 Academy is invite-only for players ages 6–18. We are looking for the most committed players who truly love the game and are committed to learning and growing.

Is financial assistance available?

Our program is intentionally low-cost ($100 per year) to maximize access. If cost is still a concern, please reach out — we never want finances to be the reason a child cannot participate.

Where are trainings held?

Training locations vary and are communicated to families in advance. We prioritize accessible, community-based facilities throughout Columbus.

Is this a competitive program?

F3 Academy blends development and competition. Our focus is long-term player growth while providing appropriate competitive opportunities.
