F3 is very excited to welcome Seamus Reilly as our Director of Coaching Education. By bringing Coach Reilly into the fold as our Director of Coaching Education, it adds another dimension and a crucial piece to the F3 puzzle. Coach Reilly will be supporting F3 by providing on field and virtual coaching education sessions, advice on coaching philosophy and curriculum, and club and recreational league consulting services to all F3 affiliated directors, coaches, participants and parents.

Coach Reilly works with Galacticos and Coach Martin Ramirez.
Coach Reilly, F3 Director of Coaching Education, works with youth from the Galacticos Community.
Coach Reilly will also be an advisor to F3 as it builds out its pathway for all youth from 3 to 18 years old. Currently, he is setting up local College ID camps and clinics throughout the year for qualified F3 participants.

Seamus Reilly Seamus Reilly was born in Manchester, England. At an early age his talent on the field brought him to Manchester United’s Youth Academy where he developed as a player. Seamus holds an M.A. in Education, and B.S in Physical Education. Reilly holds his FA (Preliminary) England, NSCAA Premier Coaching License, and USC Premier Coaching License. He has 20 years of college coaching experience as a Head Coach at NCAA III and assistants at NCAA Division 1 and NAIA Schools.. Coach Reilly is also a senior lecturer at The Ohio State University.
